Events and Activities

Christian Aid Week is coming: 10 – 16 May 2021

UK charity fighting global poverty - Christian Aid

Please help us fight poverty and injustice this Christian Aid Week by making a donation – large or small every pound really does count. Right now families struggle to survive without a reliable water source. Every day, they walk further, dig deeper and build stronger in order to survive. Every single day. Join us this Christian Aid Week as we stand together with those on the frontlines to battle coronavirus and fight for climate justice. You can donate here.

Due to government guidance regarding COVID 19, ALL church events and activities are suspended until further notice, (apart from Sunday morning worship 9.30am) please check back, as we will update this page as soon as we can open our doors again.

In the meantime here’s some details on some of the activities and events you can expect when we don’t need to be as socially distanced.

Want to get to know God better? Want to know what being a Christian is all about? Alpha courses are regularly held with our friends at Christ Church Padgate, Church of the Ascension in Woolston and Church of the Transfiguration Birchwood
We perform Christmas Nativities and Easter Plays, and are always looking for actors (young and no-so-young), producers, writers, stage hands, costume makers etc. Email or call us 01925 471473 for more details.
We call it a Friendly Cuppa, and that’s what it is. Tea, coffee, a snack, and good company, held on Wednesday mornings 10am – noon. Just drop in.

Every year together with our friends in local churches, we hold courses where we explore the Bible a bit more. Advent and Lent, the perfect time to delve that bit deeper and ask those burning questions. But don’t worry, these courses are perfect for new Christians and Priests alike. The only experience and skills you need are the ability to listen, and the willingness to learn.

A time to reflect and worship. Be still for the presence of the Lord.
