We have started services again following the Covid 19 lockdown. Sunday morning parish Eucharist, and Thursday morning prayer. We are very happy to be back in our church building, but we need to keep everyone as safe as possible. The Parish Council have implemented the some rules for being back in church.

Parish Eucharist

Eucharist is another name for Holy Communion. In our Eucharistic service, the prayers and readings remind us of the Last Supper.

For I received from the Lord what I also passed on to you: The Lord Jesus, on the night he was betrayed, took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and said, “This is my body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of me.” In the same way, after supper he took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood; do this, whenever you drink it, in remembrance of me.”
(1 Corinthians 11:23-25)

In our Sunday service everyone is welcome from the very young to the very old.

Thursday morning services are starting again from 27th August 2020. Morning Prayer at the usual time of 10.30 with quiet time for personal prayer.

Family Service

Last Sunday of the Month

Due to Covid 19, Family Service is on hold until further notice. On the last Sunday of the month we have our regular Sunday Eucharist, all are welcome.

On the last Sunday of the Month we hold a family service – a service designed especially to bring all ages together.  The service is shorter, more lively, and the prayers and readings come from our young and old(er) members.

Messy Church

Due to Covid 19, Messy Church is on hold until further notice.

We hold a Messy Church on the 2nd Sunday of the month 2-3 pm. Everybody is welcome, whether you attend another church or no church at all. Whether you come alone or bring the whole family. Messy church, is church, but a different kind.
